Sutter Medical Group is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Residency Program as a Core Faculty Physician in beautiful Jackson, California.

Position Highlights
- Flexible faculty and clinical schedule
- 0.5–0.7 FTE faculty/teaching responsibilities
- 0.3–0.5 FTE clinical practice
- Core faculty compensation of $171/hour

- Participation in curriculum development, resident assessment, and program evaluation
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement and educational excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- Two‑year income guarantee with shareholder track
- Productivity bonus with earning potential exceeding $320,000 in the first year
